PENGARUH KREDIT PEGAWAI DAN KREDIT USAHA RAKYAT TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN PADA PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK KANTOR CABANG POLEWALI

Abstrak

This study aims: 1) To determine the factors that influence employee credit and people's business credit at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Polewali Branch Office. 2) To find out the factors that affect the company's performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Polewali Branch Office. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk polewali branch office. The study was conducted to determine the effect of flexi credit and corporate liquidity at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Polewali Branch Office conducting research which will be carried out for 2 months. The data used in this research is secondary data. Secondary data sources are Financial Statements that have been processed at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk polewali branch office. This study fully uses secondary data. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, F-test and Coefficient of Determination (R2). The results of the analysis carried out show that 1) The mechanism for providing credit for employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Polewali Branch Office has been running well. 2) Employee credit has a positive and significant effect on profitability at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Polewali Branch Office. This means that if a lot of employee credit is channeled correctly, profitability will also increase. 3) People's business credit has a significant effect on profitability at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Polewali Branch Office, This means that if people's business credit increases, profitability will also increase.
