Abstrak

These research aim to analysis the effect career development toward performance by employee, to analysis the effect motivation toward performance by employee, to analysis the effect satisfaction toward performance by employee, and to analysis the simultaneous effect of career development, motivation and satisfaction toward performance by employee on PLN Ltd Area Main Unit Sulselrabar. This type of research is quantitative designed to answer the problem that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved and test the hypothesis. Population of research namely all of employee PLN Ltd Area Main Unit Sulselrabar as amount 1.469 employees. The sample size was chosen using the full sampling technique as amount 94 responden. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of the study found that career development have significant effect toward performance by employee. The value of career development which positive that meaning the more develop of career by employee, more contribution toward increasing the performance. Motivation have significant effect toward performance by employee. The value of motivation which positive that meaning the more motivativaton of employee, more support it toward increasing the performance. Satisfaction have significant effect toward performance by employee. The value of satisfaction which positive that meaning the more satisfied employee in work, more contribution toward increasing the performance. Career development, motivation and satisfaction in simultaneously have effect toward performance by employee as the result of work which achieved the quantity, quality, efficient, effective and independence which appointment of development by career from company, motivation in work and felt satisfied in actualization of main task and function.
