PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN PROGRAM PELATIHAN TERHADAP PENCAPAIAN KINERJA PT PLN (PERSERO) UNIT INDUK WILAYAH SULSELRABAR

Abstract

These research aim to analysis the effect leadership style toward performance, to analysis the effect training program toward performance, and to analysis the simultaneous effect of leadership style and training program toward achieved of performance on PLN Ltd UIW Sulselrabar. This type of research is quantitative designed to answer the problem that have been formulated and the objectives to be achieved and test the hypothesis. Population of research namely all of employee PLN Ltd UIW Sulselrabar as amount 1.469 employees. The sample size was chosen using the sampling technique Slovin formulation as amount 94 responden. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of the study found that the leadership style have significant effect toward performance on PLN Ltd UIW Sulselrabar. The value of effect from leadership style have positive, that meaned more good of leadership style from employee in working, more spirit to achieved the performance it. The training program insignificant toward performance on PLN Ltd UIW Sulselrabar. The value of effect from training program have positive and insignificant, so can to say the training program not maximal, then it is difficult to increasing the performance it. The leadership style and training program in simultaneous have effect toward performance on PLN Ltd UIW Sulselrabar. This is meaning the performance from financial perspective, focus to customer, internal business process and learning and growing have relevance with the leadership style and settlement of training program for employee.
