ANALISIS MOTIVASI KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN PEMBERIAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA GURU PADA SEKOLAH YAYASAN BABUL KHAERUL BARANA DIKABUPATEN JENEPONTO
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and compensation on teacher job satisfaction at the Babul Khaerul Barana Foundation School, Jeneponto Regency. The data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The population and sample in this study were all 50 teachers at the Babul Khaerul Barana Foundation School in Jeneponto Regency. The results showed that partially and simultaneously work motivation, work discipline and compensation had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at the Babul Khaerul Barana Foundation School, Jeneponto Regency.
