PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIR DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PT. PLN (PERSERO) UNIT INDUK WILAYAH SULSELBAR

Abstrak

This study aims (1) to determine and analyze whether there is an effect of career development on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) the main unit for the sulselrabar region. (2) To find out and analyze whether there is an influence of leadership on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) the main unit for the sulselrabar region. This research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) the main unit for the sulselrabar area for 2 months. That the two independent variables, namely Career Development and Leadership together have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselbar. This means that if Career and Leadership Development increases, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of PT. PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselbar. Analysis of research results using normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination test, simultaneous test, and partial test. The results showed that (1) Career Development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (PERSRO) Main Unit for South Sulawesi Region, this is due to the effective career development of PT. PLN Main Unit for South Sulawesi Region. (2) Leadership has a positive effect on PT. PLN Main Unit for South Sulawesi Region.
