PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PROFITABILITAS PADA PT NAPUCINTA MAKASSAR

Abstract

This study was used to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and work motivation together on increasing profitability at PT Napucinta Makassar. The population in this study were 25 employees at PT Napucinta Makassar as the population. The sample in this study used a saturated sample where the population was less than 100, so all members of the population were used as a sample, namely 25 employees at PT Napucinta Makassar. The results showed that the independent variables, namely emotional intelligence and work motivation, both simultaneously and partially influenced the increase in profitability at PT Napucinta Makassar.
