Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of workforce planning on employee performance at the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) North Morowali Regency, (2) the effect of career development on employee performance at the Research and Development Development Planning Agency Office. District (BAPPELITBANGDA) North Morowali Regency, (3) the influence of work planning and career development at the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) Office of North Morowali Regency. The research design used quantitative methods with a population of 50 and sampling using the sampling method ( saturated) by taking the population as a sample. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression method and hypothesis testing using the R test, determinant, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results showed that (1) manpower planning had no significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) North Morowali Regency, (2) career development had a significant effect on performance at the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency Office. (BAPPELITBANGDA) North Morowali Regency, (3) Manpower planning and career development have a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Research and Development Planning Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) Office of North Morowali Regency.
