PENGARUH KONTRAK KERJA DAN PERILAKU PEGAWAI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR PENGAWASAN DAN PELAYANAN BEA DAN CUKAI TIPE MADYA PABEAN B MAKASSAR
This study aims at analyzing the effect of employment contracts on employee performance, analyzing the effect of employee behavior on employee performance, and analyzing the simultaneous effect of employment contracts and employee behavior on employee performance at KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean B Makassar. This type of research is quantitative. The population is all employees of the KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean B Makassar, totaling 117 employees. The sample was 91 respondents selected using the Slovin formula technique. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that the employment contract had a significant effect on employee performance. This shows the employment contract as a form of employee employment agreement with the company in carrying out their main duties and functions. The value of the magnitude of the effect of the employment contract shows the type of work, the amount of wages, the working time limit and work responsibilities determine the achievement of employee performance at KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean B Makassar. Employee behavior has a significant effect on employee performance. It means that the behavior of employees has been well actualized by each employee in the form of attitudes, perceptions, knowledge and personalities that affect the achievement of employee performance at KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean B Makassar. Employment contracts and employee behavior simultaneously effect on employee performance at KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean B Makassar. This means that the increase in performance is determined by the input, process, output and outcome produced by the employee and cannot be separated from the actualization of the employee's work based on the agreed work contract and the behavior of the employee in carrying out his main duties and responsibilities.
