PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR DINAS PENDIDIKAN KOTA MAKASSAR
Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of the relationship between leadership and work motivation on employee work achievements at the Makassar City Education Office. The population was all employees of the Makassar City Education Office totaling 177 employees. The sample in this research was 63 employees. The respondent sampling technique was chosen by simple random sampling technique. This research uses quantitative/descriptive methods. Data collection methods used were observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis methods used were test of validity, realibility and multiple linear regression. The result shows that leadership and work motivation positively and significantly effect on employee work achievements.
