ANALISIS PENYALURAN KREDIT INVESTASI DAN KREDIT MODAL KERJA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN LABA USAHA PADA PT. BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH PAPUA CABANG MAKASSAR

Abstract

This study aims to determine influence distribution investment credit and working capital loans to increase operating income at Pt. Papua Regional Development Bank Makassar Branch. The population in this study are employees of Pt. Papua Regional Development Bank Makassar Branch of 34 people. The sample in this study were 34 people. The respondent sampling technique was carried out by simple random sampling technique which implies that each element of the population has the same opportunity to be sampled. This research uses quantitative / descriptive methods Data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Test the quality of data using validity and reliability tests. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, F test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test), and test the coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that the variable investment credit and working capital loans have a positive and significant direction towards the variable increase in operating income (through the F test). And from the results of the partial test (t test) shows that the variable investment credit and working capital loans have a positive and significant direction on the variable increase in operating profit. so the hypothesis of this research is acceptable. And from the test results of the coefficient of determination obtained the value of R Square shows the value of 0.618 or 61.8% indicates that the ability possessed by independent variables is quite strong to explain the dependent variable and the remaining 38.2% can be explained by other variables outside of the research variable. Thus the regression equation obtained is efficient to describe the form of relationships between variables.
