ANALISIS GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KEDISIPLINAN, DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS SOSIAL PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstract

This research aims at analyzing the effect of leadership style, discipline, training on employee performance and analyzing which of the variables leadership style, discipline, and training, had the most dominant influence on employee performannce in the Social Service of South Sulawesi Province. To analize this problem, the multiple linear regression analysis method was used the SPSS 23 program. This research was conducted on 181 responents with saturated saples (census method). From the regression test results ontained the disciline variable (X2) has the beta value of 0,678 with a significance of 0,000, followed by a training variable (X3)with a beta value of 0,182 and a significance of 0,004 then the leadership style (X1) with a significance of 0,001. R Square value shows 0,571, it can be interpreted that 57.10 % or the performance of the Social Servise of South Sulawesi Province can be explained by the variables of leadership style, discipline, and training, the remaining 42,90 % is explained by the variables other. The conclusion is that employee performace is influenced by leadership style, discipline, and training. The most dominant factor influence the employee performance in discipline and the development of incentive policies for fostering employee responsibility and integrity.
