Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational culture on village work in the Benggaulu Village Office in Karossa District, Mamuju, West Sulawesi Province and analyze the most dominant factor affecting the performance of village officials. The respondent in this research was the village work apparatus in the village office of Benggaulu, Karossa district, Mamuju, West Sulawesi Province. The sampel of this research was done by proportional stratified random sampling as many as 78 people from a population of 83 people. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis and the classic assumption test. The results of this research showed that work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational culture have a significant influence on the performance of village work and the most dominant factor influencing the performance of village work was work motivation.
