ANALISIS KOMPETENSI PERANGKAT DESA, KEPEMIMPINAN, KEPALA DESA, PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DESA DI KECAMATAN BAJENG BARAT KABUPATEN GOWA
Abstract
This research aims at finding out: 1) the influence of village officials competence towards village financial accountability in Bajeng Barat District, Gowa Regency, (2) the influence of village head leadership towards village financial accountability in Bajeng Barat District, Gowa Regency, (3) the influence of community participation towards village financial accountability in Bajeng Barat District, Gowa Regency, (4) the influence of village officials competence, village head leadership and community participation simultaneously towards village financial accountability in Bajeng Barat District, Gowa Regency. The method used in this research was quantitative analysis method, with 111 respondents as sample. The hypothesis testing used was multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. The result of this research showed that: (1) there was no influence of village officials competence towards village financial accountability in Bajeng Barat District, Gowa Regency, (2) village head leadership has positive and significant influence towards village financial accountability in Bajeng Barat District, Gowa Regency, (3) community participation has positive and significant influence towards village financial accountability in Bajeng Barat District, Gowa Regency, (4) simultaneoulsy village officials competence, village head leadership and community participation have positive and significant influence towards village financial accountability in Bajeng Barat District, Gowa Regency with determination test (R2) was 69.99% and 30.01 % was influenced by other variables.
