Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study and analyze the Personnel Operations and Data Processing Personnel to the satisfaction of the Civil Apparatus of the Military Region Command Transportation Transportation XIV Hasanuddin in Makassar. The type of data used in this study is Primary data that is the answer to the questionnaire from the respondents with analysis and using multiple Linear regression with SPSS Version 26 processing program. For the sample in this study were 50 respondents, namely the Civil Apparatus of the State Military Transport Commander XIV Hasanuddin in Makassar. Based on the results of research and discussion obtained jointly shows that the Personnel Operations and Personnel Data Processing affect the satisfaction of the Civil Apparatus of the Commander of the XIV Regional Military Command Hasanuddin in Makassar. So Ideally, improving Personnel Operations and Data Processing can increase the sense of satisfaction for the State Civil Apparatus.
