ANALISIS DISIPLIN PEGAWAI DAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA DIREKTORAT JENDERAL BEA DAN CUKAI SULAWESI BAGIAN SELATAN DI MAKASSAR
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to (1) Know and analyze employee discipline and work productivity affect the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of South Sulawesi in Makassar, (2) Knowing and analyzing which variable is the most dominant influence on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of South Sulawesi in Makassar. This research was conducted at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of South Sulawesi in Makassar with a population and sample of 52 respondents (census method). Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the factors consisting of employee discipline and work productivity simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) of South Sulawesi in Makassar. The results also showed that the influencing factor was work discipline.
