ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN INTELEKTUAL DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PUSKESMAS BARA-BARAYA DI KOTA MAKASSAR
Abstract
This research aims to know and analyze the influence of intellectual ability and leadership on employee performance at Puskesmas Bara-baraya in Makassar. The population of the research was all employees at Puskesmas Bara-baraya in Makassar, which consists of 75 people, whose as civil servants and which is still in employment contracts periode. The sample was taken by total sampling technique, it means that all population was used as the sample. The analysis method used was qualitative descriptive analysis with multiple linear regression. The results showed that the intellectual ability and leadership positively influence the employee performance at Puskesmas Bara-baraya in Makassar, where the intellectual ability was the most significantce variable influence the employee performance.
