PERAN MOTIVASI DAN KOMITMEN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI LAPAS NARKOTIKA KLAS IIA SUNGGUMINASA KABUPATEN GOWA

Abstract

The study aimed to find out analyze the effect motivation toward employee performance: to find out analyze the effect commitment toward employee performance; and to find out and analyze dominant variable which effect toward employee performance. Methode of research was descriptive mehode. The location of research was Lapas Narkotika Klas IIA Sungguminasa, Gowa Regency, with population and sample as amount 124 respondents. Data werw analyze descriptively to explain research data, while to analyze the quantitative data used of multiple regression analysis. The result of research found that motivation a positive significant effect toward performance by employee. That means that the motivation has been applied the employee such as giving rewards for thr promenant employees. The commitment has positive and significant effects toward performance by employee. The employees have the totality in their main task and responsibility. Their commitment was implemented in their performance. The result of research found that the commitment have dominant effect toward performance by employee. That means the employee have understood the importance of commitment to achieve the result of work in terms of quantity, quality, efficient, affectivity, and loyalty to organization of Lapas Narkotika Klas IIA Sungguminas, Gowa Regency.
