ANALISIS KOMUNIKASI DAN KOMPUTERISASI TERHADAP KUALITAS AKSES DATA PADA KANTOR DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL DI KOTA MAKASSAR

Abstract

The research aimed to find out and analysis the effect communication and computerization toward quality of data access, and to know and analysis the dominant variable which effect toward quality of data access on Department of Population and Civil Registration at Makassar City. This research was conducted in Department of Population and Civil Registration at Makassar City, with population and sample as amount 155 respondent. Data were analyzed descriptively to explain the research data, while to analyzed of quantitative data used of multiple regression analysis. The result of research to found that the communication have positive and significant toward quality of data access on Department of Population and Civil Registration at Makassar City. Through the message exchange in activity have applied with communication in vertically, horizontal and diagonal to fluent the quality of data access in administration population and civil registration services. The computerization have positive and signfiicant toward quality of data access on Department of Population and Civil Registration at Makassar City. The applied of management system which computerization basically through the activity input, process, output and feedback toward quality of data access. Then the computerization have dominant effect toward quality of data access on Department of Population and Civil Registration at Makassar City. These mean that the quality of data access have to interpretation, to confirm, verification and maintenance as the assurance on result of service population and civil registration which applied by employee.
