ANALISIS KOMPETENSI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA GURU PADA MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH AS’ADIYAH PUTERI I SENGKANG KABUPATEN WAJO
Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the professional competence of influencing the results of teacher performance appraisal; the influence of teacher motivation on the results of teacher performance appraisal; Professional competence and teacher motivation together affect the results of teacher performance assessments in MTs. As'adiyah Princess I Sengkang. The study was conducted on MTs teachers. As'adiyah Puteri I Sengkang, Wajo Regency for 3 months from August to October 2019, with a total of 30 teachers, all the population was taken as a sample (saturated sample). The method used is quantitative descriptive, with regression testing. The results of this study have no significant effect between teacher professional competence on teacher performance appraisal; no significant effect between teacher motivation and performance appraisal; there is no significant joint effect between teacher professional competence and the teacher's role on teacher performance appraisal.
