Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the educational background of teachers and the effect on student achievement in teaching and learning teachers together influence the student achievement affect the student learning outcomes in MTs. As'adiyah Puteri I Sengkang Regency. The study was conducted on MTs teachers. As'adiyah Puteri I Sengkang, Wajo Regency for 3 months from August to October 2019, with a total of 25 teachers, all the population was taken as a sample (saturated sample). The method used is quantitative descriptive, with regression testing. The results of this study have a significant effect between the educational background of teachers on student achievement; teacher's teaching experience competence towards student learning outcomes; there is a significant influence between the educational background of teachers on student achievement in MTs. As'adiyah Puteri I Sengkang, Wajo Regency.
