ANALISIS STATUS KEPEGAWAIAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH LANTO DG. PASEWANG DI KABUPATEN JENEPONTO
Abstract
This research aims : (1) to find out the effect of employment status on employee performance, (2) to find out the differences of motivation before and after becoming a civil servant (PNS) and (3) to know that differences in motivation before and after becoming a civil servant (PNS) affect the employees performance at Lanto Dg. Pasewang hospital in Jeneponto district. This research was conducted at Lanto Dg. Pasewang hospital, Jeneponto district with a population and sample of 64 people based on inclusion criteria. The data analysis technique used in this research was tha Wilcoxon non parametric test. The result of this research showed that employment status has a significant effect on employee performance. There are differences of motivation before and after becoming civil servants. Motivation also has a significant effect on employee performance at Lanto Dg. Pasewang hospital, Jeneponto district.
