ANALISIS KOMPETENSI DAN KOMITMEN TERHADAP PRESTASI PEGAWAI PADA BADAN PENDAPATAN DAERAH PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstract

The researched aimed to know and analysis the effect competence and commitment toward prestation by employee, and to know and analysis the dominant variable which effect toward prestation by employee on Board of Regional Income in South Sulawesi Province. Methodology of research with research location applied on Board of Regional Income in South Sulawesi Province, with population and sample as amount 125 respondent. Data analyzed which used in descriptively to explained of research data, while to analyzed of quantitative data used of multiple regression analysis. The result of research to found the competence have positive and significant effect toward prestation by employee, suitable with the knowledge about main task and function, the skill in work, experience and mastery of attitude which become the employee have ability to get prestation on Board of Regional Income in South Sulawesi Province. The commitment have positive and significant toward prestation by employee, which showed that the employee to commitment in effectively to participate in organization activities, in normative to get best contribution for organization and continuen commitment to progress of organization Board of Regional Income in South Sulawesi Province which achieve of prestation. The commitment was the dominant variable which positive and significant effected toward prestation, that meaned the employee always to commitment on achieve of prestation in quantity, quality, efficient, effective and goal oriented on organization Board of Regional Income in South Sulawesi Province.
