Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is an employee's emotional state of an employee's pleasure or disappointment expressed towards his job. This study aims to examine the influence of both partially and simultaneously factors that influence employee job satisfaction in financial factors, physical factors and psychological factors. The type used in this research is to use explanatory research with a quantitative approach whose population is the regional office staff of the Ministry of Religion in the province of South Sulawesi. And Convenience Sampling is a sample of this study where the sample used was 81 employees. The questionnaire becomes a data collection technique and multiple linear regression analysis is an analysis of the data used in this study. The results of this study stated that financial factors, physical factors and psychological factors are significant simultaneously and partially on job satisfaction of employees of the regional office of the ministry of religion in the province of South Sulawesi.
