Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of human capital and structural capital on the performance of human resources at the Makassar City Ministry of Religion. This study uses a random sampling technique with a questionnaire instrument as a tool to measure the variables of human capital, structural capital, and human resource performance variables. The analytical method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis based on data from 68 respondents using the Slovin formula that has completed all questions in the questionnaire. The test used to test the research instrument is a validity test and a reliability test. Hypothesis testing uses the simultaneous test (f) and partial test (t). The results showed that the variable human capital (X1) and structural capital (X2) simultaneously had a significant and positive effect on the performance of Human Resources (Y) at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Makassar. While partially for the variable human capital (X1) and structural capital (X2) on the performance of Human Resources (Y) obtained a significant effect, but the variable of human capital is more dominant influence on the performance of human resources at the Office of the Ministry of Religion Makassar.
