ANALISIS DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI, DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN SOYO JAYA KABUPATEN MOROWALI UTARA
Abstract
The researched aimed to know and analysis the effect of discipline, motivation, and leadership toward performance by employee, and to know and analysis the dominant effect between discipline, motivation and leadership toward performance by employee on Soyo Jaya District Office North Morowali Regency Central Sulawesi Province. These research applied on Soyo Jaya District Office North Morowali Regency Central Sulawesi Province, with population and sample as amount 38 respondents. Data analysis in descriptively to explained of research data, while to analysis quantitative data used Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of research to found the discipline have effect toward performance by employee. The motivation have effect toward performance by employee. The leadership have effect toward performance by employee. The leadership have dominant effect toward performance of employee. The performance appointment of leadership by head of district which give command to subordinate in doing of work, participate in all of activitiy, have responsibility in work, to move to achieve organization goal, always to discuss and education of employee can to be independence in finishing of main task and function.
