ANALISIS DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR DINAS PARIWISATA, PEMUDA DAN OLAHRAGA KABUPATEN MOROWALI UTARA

Abstract

The objective of the research was to analyze the influence of work discipile, motivation and organization culture on staff performance at the office of Tourism, youth and Sport of North Morowali Regency. The population and sample of the research was 135 respondents. It was applied total sampling technque. Technique of data analysis was descriptive and statistic analysis using multiple liniear regression. The result of the research revealed that work discipline had influence on staff performance. It was proved that the aspects of diligentness, presence, time management, obidience and sanction had significant contribution on staff work performance.Motivation had influence on staff work performance as indicated through self achievement, work actualization, reward, collaboration, communication and reasoanable compensation have improved work performance. In addition, organization culture had influence on staff performance. They have realized the importance of the culture that has been exisiting in their life. Organization culture builds integrity, identity, responsibility and oreintation on acchievement in their jobs. Discipline had dominant influence on staff work performance. Discipline encourages them to obey all work regulations in their institution. It can be concluded that the all aspects mentioned above had influence to improve work performance of the staff as indicated through quality, quantity, efficiency, effectiveness and loyality to build the organization.
