ANALISIS MOTIVASI KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PERTANIAN DAN PANGAN KABUPATEN MOROWALI UTARA
Abstract
The objective of the research was to find out and analyze the influence of work motivation on staff work performance at the office of agriculture and food division of North Morowali regency, South Sulawesi. The population the research was staffs at the office of agriculture and food that consisted of 120 respondents. Technique of data analysis was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research revealed that work motivation had influence on work performance of the staff. The basic motivation was for the existence of the staff, building social relationship, self development and moral support for improving work performance at the office of agriculture and food division of North Morowali. Work environment that integrated with work dynamism had improved work performance. It was proved through positive atmosphere of work place, social harmony, work facility, light, ventilation, and safety had significant contribution on staff work performance. It can be concluded that work motivation had contributed for the quality, quantity, effectiveness, efficiency of staff performance at the office of Agriculture and food of North Morowali, Central Sulawesi.
