ANALISIS SELEKSI DAN PENEMPATAN PEGAWAI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PADA DINAS PERTANIAN DAN PANGAN DAERAH KABUPATEN MOROWALI UTARA

Abstract

The researched aimed to analysis the effect of selection toward productivity, to analysis the effect of placement toward productivity, and to analysis the dominant effect between selection and placement toward productivity on Instance of Farming and Food on North Morowali Regency. These research applied on Instance of Farming and Food on North Morowali Regency, with population and sample as amount 120 respondents. Data analysis in descriptively to explained of research data, while to analysis the quantitative data used Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of research to found the selection have effect toward productivity. The selection as the criteria in recruitment process by employee to increased the performance on Instance of Farming and Food on North Morowali Regency. The placement have effect toward productivity. The placement appointment by the job analysis, job description and job spesification which suitable from employee to effect in increased the productivity on Instance of Farming and Food on North Morowali Regency. To found the selection have dominant effect toward productivity. Through verbal selection, physical test, writing test, psychotest, narcotic test/criminal to give to employee have contribution to increased the productivity based on quantity, quality, efficient and effective in work on Instance of Farming and Food on North Morowali Regency.
