ANALISIS KREATIVITAS GURU DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DI SDN UEKAMBUNO 2 KECAMATAN ULUBONGKA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher creativity and student learning motivation on student learning outcomes at SDN Uekambuno 2, Ulubongka District. The population and sample in this study were SDN Uekambuno 2, Ulubongka District, amounting to 148 people. The sample in this study is 20% is 25 people. The respondent's sampling technique was carried out by a simple random sampling technique which implies that the population has the same opportunity to be a sample. This study uses quantitative methods, data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Test the quality of the data using validity and reliability tests. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, F test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test), and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the variables of teacher creativity and learning motivation had a significant effect on student learning outcomes (through the F test). and from the partial results (t test) that the variables of teacher creativity and learning motivation have a significant effect on student learning outcomes so that the hypothesis in this study can be accepted. From the results of the coefficient of determination test, the R Square value shows a value of 0.85 or 58.5% indicating that the ability of the dependent variable is strong enough to explain the dependent variable and the remaining 41.5% can be explained by other variables outside the research variable. Thus the regression equation obtained is efficient to describe the form of the relationship between variables
