ANALISIS LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR DINAS PERTANIAN KABUPATEN MOROWALI UTARA
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work environment variables and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Office of Agriculture in North Morowali Regency, and to find out the most dominant factors influencing. This type of research is a survey. The population of the study was 85 employees of the North Morowali Regency Office of Agriculture, who were civil servants (PNS), because the population was small, the entire population was sampled (100% sample). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable partially and simultaneously. The results showed that work environment and job satisfaction factors had a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Agriculture Service Office in North Morowali District, where job satisfaction was the most dominant factor influencing.
