DAMPAK KEPUASAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PENYULUH PERTANIAN DI KABUPATEN MOROWALI UTARA
Abstract
The research aims to find the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of agricultural extension workers in Morowali Utara, and to find out the most dominant factor influencing. The research design was survey. The population was agricultural extension workers consisted of 78 employees as civil servants (PNS). The research used total sampling. The data analysis used multiple linear regression to find the effect of free variable to dependent variable partially and simultaneously. The result shows that the factors of job satisfaction and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employees performance partially and simultaneously at the office of Agriculture in Morowali Utara, where the variable of work discipline is the most dominant factor influencing.
