Abstract
The research aims to find out and analyze the effect of competence on the employee performance, to find out and analyze the effect of organizational culture on the employee, to find out analyze the effect of achievement motivation on the employee performance, to find out and analyze which factor is the most dominant on the employee performance at the Office of Education. Youth and Sports of Tojo Una-Una District. The research was conducted at the Office of Education, Youth and Sports of Tojo Una-Una District consists of 105 employees as population and total sampling. The data analysis used descriptive and multiple linear regression. The result shows that competence, motivation and achievement motivation have an effect to the employee performance. Achievement motivation is the most dominant factor influencing on employee performance. It is because every employee shows their effort to achieve work performance, encouragement to master the work field and to socialize each other so that it affects the performance of employee at the Office of Education, Youth and Sports of Tojo Una-Una District.
