Abstract

This research aimed to determine and analyze the influence of principal leadership, motivation and work discipline of theachers on the performance of Undoro Elementary School teachers in Lembo District, North Morowali. The data used was primary data trough questionnaires from respondents with data analysis used multiple linear regression. The sample of this research was 30 respondents of undoro Elementary School teacher, lembo District, North Morowali based on result of partial data analysis of the independent variables that the leadership of the school principal, motivation and discipline of teacher also have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable that the performance of Undoro Elementary School teachers, Lembo District, North Morowali. It showed that, the principal’s leadership, motivation and work discipline of the teacher is very influential on the performance of the teacher, so the more effective leadership of the principal, the motivation and work discipline of the teacher implemented at school, the better the teacher’s performance will be.
