Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of commitment, compensation and work environment on employee performance, and to analyze the dominant influence between commitment, compensation and work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted at SMA Kartika XX-1, with a population and sample of 61 people (full sampling). The data analysis used was descriptive to explain the research data, while to analyze the quantitative data, it used Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of the study found that commitment, compensation, and work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work environment that dominantly affects employee performance. This shows that the work environment that is created is conducive so that it affects employee performance.
