Abstract

Working capital is part of the company's assets that smoothly rotates to generate profits. In general, working capital on cash receivables and inventories, with the development of technology, mobile phone users cause the use of telecommunications services to increase and this is an opportunity for PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk in increasing its profit. Of the three elements of working capital, which of the turnover affects the increase and decrease in profitability when measured by ROA. To find out this problem, the ratio analysis used and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, cash turnover has no significant positive effect, turnover has a significant positive effect and inventory turnover has no effect on profitability (ROA)
