PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, PENGALAMAN KERJA DAN PENGAWASAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIFITAS PEGAWAI DIKANTOR POLDA SULAWESI SELATAN MAKASSAR

Abstract

The influence of work discipline, work experience and supervision on employee productivity in the South Sulawesi Police Office, Makassar. The problems of this research are Do work discipline, work experience and supervision simultaneously affect the productivity of employees in the South Sulawesi Police Office, Makassar? Do work discipline, work experience and supervision partially affect Employee Productivity at the South Sulawesi Police Office, Makassar?. The results showed that From the results of the simultaneous and partial tests conducted on the first hypothesis, it can be concluded that employee morale has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of the South Sulawesi Regional Police. The results of processing and computerization using SPSS version 23 program obtained the value of t count> t table and the significant value is smaller than0.05, which means that there is a positive and significant influence on employee morale on the work productivity of the South Sulawesi Regional Police. From the results of the simultaneous and partial tests conducted on the second hypothesis, it can be concluded that employee work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of the South Sulawesi Regional Police. The results of processing and computerization using the SPSS version 23 program obtained a value of t count> t table and a significant value less than 0.05, which means that there is a positive and significant influence on employee work discipline on the work productivity of the South Sulawesi Regional Police.
