PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN PARTISIPASI TERHADAP KINERJA PENDAMPING PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN KOTA MAKASSAR

Abstract

As for this study aims to : 1) to determine and analyze the influence of compotence on the performance of the campanion program of the hope family program in the city of Makassar ,2) to find out analyze the effect of particiation on the performance of the campanion program of the hope family in city of Makassar,3) to know and analyze the influence of compotence and participation on the performance of the companion program of the hope family in the city of Makassar. In this study using a quantitative research type with a total population of 71 companioons of the hope family program.the sampling tehnique used was the random sampling technique by determining a sample of a population of 71 companions who were used as samples.this study used hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression model using SPSS 22 tool. The output of the results of this study are : 1) competence has a positive and significant effect on the peformance of the campanion program of the hope family in the city of Makassar, 2) Participation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the campanion program of the hope family in the city of makassar, 3) Simultaneously competence and participaion have a positive and positive effect on participation,significant on the performance of the companion program of the hope family in city of Makassar.
