PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA PERSONIL PADA PEMBEKALAN ANGKUTAN (BEKANGDAM) XIV/HASANUDDIN
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze; the influence of culture on the performance of XIV Hasanuddin Transportation Supplies (Bekangdam) personnel, (2) the influence of competence on the performance of personnel at XIV Hasanuddin Transportation Supplies (Bekangdam), (3) the influence of work culture and competence on the performance of personnel at XIV Hasanuddin Transportation Supplies (Bekangdam).This study used quantitative analysis with a population of 292 people. The sampling technique used the Slovin method with 169 sample members. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS equipment. The results showed that; (1) organizational culture has no significant effect on personnel performance at XIV Hasanuddin Transportation Supply (Bekangdam), (2) competence has a significant effect on personnel performance at XIV Hasanuddin Transportation Supplies (Bekangdam) XIV Hasanuddin, (3) organizational culture and competence jointly have an effect significant towards the performance of personnel at the Transportation Supply (Bekangdam) XIV Hasanuddin.
