PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN BUDAYA KERJA TERHADAP MOTIVASI PERSONEL PEMBEKALANANGKUTAN (BEKANGDAM) XIV/HASANUDDIN
Abstract
This research aims to; (1) knowing and analyzing the influence of competence on personnel motivation in XIV Hasanudddin Transportation Supply (Bekangdam), (2) knowing and analyzing the influence of work culture on personnel motivation in XIV Hasanuddin Transportation Supply (Bekangdam), (3) knowing and analyzing the influence of competence and work culture simultaneously on the motivation of personnel at the Transportation Supply (Bekangdam) XIV Hasanuddin. This study used a quantitative research desaign with a population of 292 personnel. The method used in determining the number of samples is the Slovin method. By using the Slovin calculator the sample size is 198 personnel. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression method using SPSS 22 as a tool. The results showed that; (1) competence has a positive and significant effect on the motivation of personnel at the Transportation Supply (Bekangdam) XIV Hasanuddin, (2) the work culture has a positive and significant effect on the motivation of the personnel in the transportation supply (Bekangdam) XIV Hasanuddin, (3) Together competence and culture work has a positive and significant effect on the motivation of personnel at the Transportation Supply (Bekangdam) XIV Hasanuddin.
