PERAN APARAT DESA DALAM AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA STUDI KASUS PADA DESA WATU BARU KABUPATEN MANGGARAI BARAT

Abstract

This research aims finding out how the role of village officials in accountability of village fund management in Watu Baru Village, West Manggarai Regency. This research used descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected by interview and documentation. The sample of this research was seven respondents who were the village officials in Watu Baru Village, they are the headman, the secretary, the Treasurer, the development committee, the general cimmittee, and governmentunit. The research indicates that the role of village officials is very important in management of village funds. It was shown in the work system starting from the planning, implementation and accountability of the realization of the use of village funds involving all village officials. Apparatus has their respective roles in planning, both the main tasks and ideas of the work program that involves the village apparatus.
