Abstract

The aimed of this research is to find out the information system on providing stocks and earnings of Merchandise and expenditure at PT. Makassar Indah Motor. This research was carried out by applying qualitative and quantitative method. The technique of data collections was observation and interview as primary data. The main problem found in this company was on the procedure of earning of merchandise that was not done without dividing the functions of buying and administrative aspect, earning of goods and the procedure of expenditure and storage and expedition process in this company. It can be concluded that internal control did not function optimally.
