ANALISA PEMBERIAN KREDIT SERBAGUNA MIKRO DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN NASABAH PT. BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) TBK, CABANG PINRANG

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the provision of Micro Multipurpose Loans (KSM) conducted by PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Pinrang can increase customer income. The analysis used was descriptive analysis with qualitative methods. Based on the achievement of the Micro Multipurpose Credit Booking (KSM), the results of an analysis of the role and influence of the Micro Multipurpose Credit (KSM), and analysis of customer characteristics based on income before and after receiving Micro Multipurpose Credit (KSM) can be seen from the description that customers’ interest are increased each month in applying Micro Multipurpose Credit (KSM), it was found that in January was the lowest booking with a value of Rp.1,150,000,000, with the number of customers filing credit as many as 13 thousand people, and in May it was the highest number of bookings with a value of Rp.3,251. 000,000 with the number of customers applying for loans of 27 thousand people. It can be seen that there is an influence of KSM on the increase in customer income through the results of interviews known to increase income after the customer receives credit with a value of income before and after receiving KSM in the amount of (Rp. 20,000,000 to Rp. 40,000,000) and (Rp. .7,000,000- to Rp.10,000,000.-), and there is an increase in customer income through the analysis of characteristics before and after receiving Micro Versatile Loans (KSM), with an increase in customer income 100%, 150%, 71%, 43 %, 67%.
