Abstract

This research aims at finding out the effectiveness of management audit of the marketing function at PT. PLN. (persero) ULP Namrole Selatan Buru Regency, Maluku Province. The data analysis method used was descriptive qualitative. where this research is a key instrument, data collection techniques or carried out by triangulation (combined), data analysis that is inductive, with qualitative research results emphasizing the meaning of generalization. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative. Data collection techningues were library research, observation, and interviews. The results showed that through the marketing audit management phase,the researcher concludes that the marketing function activities at PT. PLN (PERSERO) ULP Namrole Selatan Buru Regency had been going well. This is supported by the Performance management of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Namrole Selatan Buru Regency, Maluku Province in the last two years, from 2017 to 2018,has Been running quite effectively and efficiently and the marketing System of prepaid electricity products has also been running effectively and efficiently.
