KONTRIBUSI LABA STRATEGIC BUSINESS UNITPELINDO IV MARINE SERVICEPADA PT PELABUHAN INDONESIA IV DI MAKASSAR

Abstract

This research aims to find out the formation of Pelindo IV Marine Service SBU increase profit contribution to PT. Pelindo IV in Makassar. This research used descriptive comporative research desigh from the primary and secondary data using interview and documentation. Data collection techniques, and the data analysis technique used comporative descriptive. The results of the research were the calculation of contribution of the trend from the first quarter to 86,01%, the second quarter was 26,68%, the third quarter was 27,59% and the fourth quarter was 28,91% while from the calculation results of the SBU Pelindo IV Marine Service showed the the contribution of Pelindo IV in Makassar, it can be seen that in 2018, the profit of the Pelindo IV Marine Service SBU contributed less to PT. Pelindo IV in Makassar as seen from the contribution criteria classification table. Calculating the SBU’s profit of Rp. 50.761.930.077 with Pelindo IV profit of Pelindo IV is Rp. 482.594.891.109 and the result of that percentage is 10,52%.
