Abstract

This research aims to find out whether Dividend Payout Ratio can predict the profit growth at PT. Bank Sulselbar for the 2014-2018 period. This research was quantitative research which used the 2014-2018 financial statements. The data used were primary and secondary data. The research data was obtained from the library research method. Data were analyzed by dividend payout ratios analysis and profit growth in certain period, descriptive method, normality test, simple linear regression analysis method, hypotheses testing using the SPSS for Windows (16.0) program. The result of simple linear regression analysis shows that the Dividend Payout Ratio variable has a significant effect on profit growth at PT. Bank Sulselbar where the correlation coefficient
