Abstrak

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of service quality and credit procedures on credit decision making. In this study, the research method used was a survey using a questionnaire to produce conclusions about the actual picture. This type of research was quantitative and qualitative research. The data collection techniques was through primary data. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between service quality and credit procedures on credit decision making, this was evidenced by testing the quality of credit services and procedures with the F test obtained from the calculation of the full model regression analysis with the help of the SPPS program.
