Abstract

This research aims at finding out whether the internal controlling system on employee’s payrol atthe Human ResourcesDevelopment office of South Sulawesi Provinceis in accordance with the Mulyadi’s theory. Data were collected by interviews, observations and documentation. Data used in this research were qualitative data from primary and secondary data. Based on the result of this research, it shows that the system applied in the Development of Human ResourcesDevelopment office of South Sulawesi Province is in accordance with the Mulyadi’s theory.
