PENGUKURAN KINERJA PERUSAHAANDENGAN MENGGUNAKAN BALANCED SCORECARDPDAM TIRTA KOMODO KABUPATEN MANGGARAI

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the performance of Tirta Komodo Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Komodo Manggarai Regency when measured using a Balanced Scorecard.The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. Retrieval of data used in this study was observation, interviews,and documentatuon. The results of this study indicated that the measurement of company performance when measured using the Balanced Scorecard method applied to PDAM Tirta Komodo was very good.From a financial standpoint,the company’s ability to guarantee short-term and long-term debt was very good and the company’s ability to get very good profits, in the terms of Net Profit Margin. In the customer perspective showed the results of the customer satisfaction survey was quite good. At the level of employee satisfaction was quite good. While the internal business effectiness level of operating expense usage was successfully realized by the company.
