AKUNTABILITAS DAN TRANSPARANSI ALOKASI DANA DESA PADA DESA GOLO NDARI KECAMATAN WELAK KABUPATEN MANGGARAI BARAT

Abstract

Thish research aimed to find out the accountability and transparency on village fund allocation at Golo Ndari Village, Welak sub-district West Manggarai. The method used was descriptive and qualitative method. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documents. The result revealed that accountability and transparency had been done well according to home minister rules number 113 year 2014. Planning stage, was done in line with accountability and transparency principles. On the action stage, the expenditure of budget was done on puposes as planned. On report stage, the expenditure of budget was done systematically and physical evidence presented. At managerial system of the activity it was found that the management of village fund ran properly. At the accountability stage, the village government of golo ndari was done well.
