ANALISIS METODE BALANCE SCORECARD SEBAGAI ALAT UNTUK MENGUKUR KINERJA PADA PT. TUNAS BARU SULAWESI DI MAKASSAR

Abstract

This research aims to measure the performance of PT. Tunas Baru Sulawesi in Makassar that determined from the Balanced Scorecard perspective. The population in this research was the employees and customers of PT. Tunas Baru Sulawesi. The sample was 20 people and for customers also 20 people. This research used questionnaires and literature study as the data. The result of research showed that the financial performance of PT. Tunas Baru Sulawesi was better than previous year. The customer satisfaction performance at PT.Tunas Baru Sulawesi showed a good value for products and services. While the performance of internal business processes showed good results in the process of innovation, operations and services. The employee satisfaction performance also showed a good result for employee capabilities, information system capabilities, motivation and empowerment. So, it can be concluded that the overall performance of PT.Tunas Baru Sulawesi is already good.
